We advise in relation to legislation, including the Equality Acts, the Equal Status Acts and the European Convention on Human Rights and can assist in providing legal advice and options for asserting rights in all areas of human rights law.

Discrimination Claims

If you have been discriminated against in receiving services, or in the workplace, you can take a case to the Workplace Relations Commission who can make binding decisions and awards in respect of such claims.
